Pearl Nisiah-Kumi retells her journey through a lymphoma diagnosis. She shares how God provided her with overwhelming peace and a multitude of family, friends, and prayer warriors that carried her through the treatments of radiation first, and then chemotherapy. Documenting her story, she shares photos, and journals that the love and support from her family and friends were invaluable.
She highlights that God provided all that she needed through her time of need in many different ways. She shares her journey to encourage others whether they know God or not, to always trust and find peace in God’s overwhelming peace during hard times. Thus, the title of her book was born.
Her story is a testament to God’s goodness and her perseverance, trust, and hope in God are all evident. She wants all who reads her book to understand that God will get you through. The ministry of family and friends surrounding a family member who is ill is an encouragement to all, reminding family to stick together during difficult times.
It was a joy to read her book and she hopes many others will be blessed by her story of healing. She gives God all the glory meanwhile honoring all who assisted and prayed her through a very trying time in her life. She states, “What a mighty Provider God is; He provides through people.” ~ A notable and memorable comment, reminding all to help others whether family or not in their times of trouble and sickness.
